Sales Director

This is a remote position that requires a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our Tech Clients B2B sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring efficient lead generation, qualification, and closure.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have a working laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
