Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide exceptional support to our employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with management to execute aligned human resources programs and initiatives successfully across the company.
  • Support the acquisition process through onboarding and supporting employees and managers at new stores.
  • Assist with facilitation of Neighbourly's training programs as needed.
  • Support Neighbourly's health and safety programs, safety initiatives, including injury prevention and ability management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a Human Resources focus.
  • One to two years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills in order to balance multiple tasks and projects at one time.
  • CHRP Designation an asset but not required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and Manitoba occasionally.
