Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide exceptional support to our employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure the completion of onboarding documentation and hiring authorizations.
  • Support managers in compensation planning and provide coaching on employee performance and productivity.
  • Conduct orientation and training for new employees and managers.
  • Support the acquisition process and provide data and analytics to leaders on HR and operational metrics.
  • Assist with the facilitation of training programs and health and safety initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma with a Human Resources focus.
  • One to two years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
