Human Resources Coordinator Role

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support our dynamic team in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide exceptional employee relations support, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation, hiring authorizations, and employee information forms, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support managers in compensation planning, aligning with company programs and policies.
  • Conduct orientation and training for new managers and staff, promoting a smooth transition.
  • Coach management on reinforcing goals, addressing performance issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support the acquisition process, onboarding employees, and managers at new stores.
  • Participate in short-term and long-term disability processes, facilitating return-to-work discussions.
  • May support internal investigations, adhering to established procedures for consistency and compliance.
  • Provide data and analytics to leaders on HR and operational metrics, informing business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Human Resources, to facilitate Neighbourly's training programs and health and safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a Human Resources focus.
  • One to two years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and projects.
  • CHRP Designation an asset but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.
