About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Eco House Production. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting and Estimating

Develop and submit detailed construction project budget estimates, taking into account all relevant costs and expenses.

Scheduling and Progress Monitoring

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Budget Management

Plan and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.

Quality Control Programs

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all construction projects meet the required standards.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a construction project coordination role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT, with a strong understanding of construction technology and software.
