About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Iron Shoring Inc. as a Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, including evaluating daily operations and planning and organizing daily operations.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, plan and manage budgets, and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, read blueprint, schemas, and drawings, and develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and oversee the analysis of data and information.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
