Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Eco House Production. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Estimating: Prepare and submit accurate construction project budget estimates, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Scheduling and Monitoring: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage budgets, develop and implement quality control programs, and prepare reports to track project progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
