About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Harbridge and Cross Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
    • Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance
  • Business Development
    • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to clients
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Quality Control
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project delivery
    • Monitor and report on project quality metrics
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred
