About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Eco House Production. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
    • Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet our high standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
