About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Homes On The Market. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Policy Development: Plan and organize daily operations, establish and implement policies and procedures to support our business goals.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer electronic enquiries, and provide ongoing support to our clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
