Job Summary

The Board Liaison plays a critical role in supporting the daily activities of the Board Office, ensuring the smooth operation of the Board of Directors and its committees. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in governance, administration, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the work of the Board of Directors and its committees, ensuring compliance with hospital bylaws and policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of Board-related materials, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Manage and schedule Board and committee meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Board activities, including terms of office, attestations, and corporate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Board Office, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Public Administration, Business Administration, or Health Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience working at a senior administrative assistant or coordinator level, with a focus on governance and administration.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or highly regulated business environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various levels of staff and external groups.
  • High level of discretion and tact when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with software applications such as SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Zoom.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $85,839.00 to $107,308.50.
