Board Liaison

William Osler Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Liaison to join our team. As a key member of the Board Relations portfolio, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily activities of our Board Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the work of Osler's Board of Directors and Board committees
- Assist in the drafting and dissemination of Board-related materials, including agendas, minutes, and annual work plans
- Manage and schedule Board and committee meetings
- Maintain Board records, including terms of office and corporate records
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Board Office
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Public Administration or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience working at a senior administrative assistant or coordinator level with Boards and Committees
- Experience working in health care or a highly-regulated business environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively
- High level of discretion and tact when handling confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A competitive salary range of $85,839.00 - $107,308.50
- A hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and on-site work
