POSITION SUMMARY

The Booking Administration Coordinator will deliver clerical and administrative assistance to all personnel and clients utilizing the services offered by the program they support. This role is a vital component of the Health Care Team and encompasses all responsibilities in alignment with the Mission, Vision, Values, Policies, and Procedures of Prairie Mountain Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview:

Organizing procedure schedules based on booking details and necessary resources. Applying block booking protocols to arrange physician's procedures. Ensuring effective written, verbal, and telephone communication within the healthcare facility across various units, departments, and external organizations. Fostering and sustaining positive public relations between the healthcare facility, patients, families, and visitors. Facilitating the flow of information and communication (written, telephonic, and interpersonal) in a manner that upholds the individual’s respect and dignity. Acknowledging and addressing the necessity for ongoing learning and personal growth, such as participating in relevant training sessions and enhancing information technology skills. Performing additional duties as assigned.
