Office Administrator and Reception Coordinator

As an integral part of our organization, the Office Administrator and Reception Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in office management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate high-profile meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Utilize audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
- Maintain a high level of organization and prioritization in daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Community College Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of organizational capability.
Successful candidates will undergo a satisfactory Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Screening) and a Pre-Employment Medical assessment. Bilingual candidates in English and French will be given special consideration.
