The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Services Coordinator to join our team in Aurora, Ontario. As a key member of our corporate office, you will provide exceptional reception services and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming reception services to visitors and employees.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries with precision and attention to detail.
  • Record courier receipt, verify invoices, and attach necessary backup documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Order and distribute office supplies and services with a focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Assist with invoicing and maintain accurate stock inventory with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Office and Property Manager to ensure efficient office operations and continuous improvement.
