Position Overview:

This role is based in our Toronto, ON office and is essential to our strategic growth in revenue and market share within the Capital Markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, you will collaborate closely with the President of Capital Markets | Canada to implement Colliers' strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue and expanding market presence.

Your role will involve:

  • Identifying, developing, and nurturing client relationships while overseeing valuation and financial analysis processes.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to spearhead business development efforts and manage client relationships, thereby broadening our client base through the identification of new opportunities.
  • Leading and mentoring junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and execution of proposals, presentations, and various ad hoc projects.
  • Ensuring effective project management by overseeing timelines and fulfilling client requirements.

Collaboration:
You will work in tandem with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their service capabilities and deliver additional value to clients.

Qualifications:
A valid Real Estate license is essential, along with substantial experience in a comparable role within the commercial real estate sector. You should possess established relationships with investors, including REITs, public corporations, pension funds, and other significant institutional entities.

A Bachelor's degree, along with an MBA or an advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field, is advantageous.
