Position Overview:

The Executive Vice President, Capital Markets will collaborate closely with the President of Capital Markets to implement strategies aimed at enhancing revenue and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships while overseeing valuation and financial analysis.
  • Work alongside senior leadership to drive business development and manage client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and other essential projects.
  • Ensure effective project management by monitoring timelines and addressing client needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Brokerage Advisors to enhance service offerings and deliver added value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Real Estate license is mandatory, along with substantial experience in a comparable role within the commercial real estate sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
