About the Role:

The Senior Vice President, Capital Markets will play a key role in executing Colliers' revenue and market share growth strategy in partnership with the President, Capital Markets | Canada. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships, as well as overseeing areas of valuation and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the President, Capital Markets and Senior Leaders to lead business development and client relationship management, maintaining and expanding the client base by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage and lead Junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, CIMs and all other ad hoc projects.
  • Provide effective team and project management, including overseeing project completion timelines, and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to help enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to the client.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Investors including REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large Institutional entities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate license is required.
  • Years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field is an asset.
