Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
    • Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.
    • Identify market trends and competition strategies that will assist in the development and execution of the territory sales plan.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer's real-time needs.
  • Meet Sales Targets
    • Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Post Secondary Degree, College Diploma or relevant experience.
    • 3-5 years of optical sales experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & quota attainment.
    • Prior experience with Salesforce, preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
