We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Pinedale Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
  • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Conduct regular infection control audits to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Environment:

Pinedale Inn is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
