We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Pinedale Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in our facilities.
- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and schedule the duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting our expectations.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Guest Services
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Work Environment
- Less than 50 beds.
