We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Pinedale Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
- Guest Services
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct infection control audits to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work Experience
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Work Setting
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
