We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Pinedale Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Conduct regular infection control audits to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The language of work is English.
