About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Pinedale Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
    • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct infection control audits to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Work Setting
    • Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
