Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
This position is based in a facility with fewer than 50 beds, providing a more intimate and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational protocols for housekeeping.
- Coordinate inspections of designated areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct performance reviews and assessments of housekeeping staff.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Oversee in-house laundry operations.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to housekeeping personnel.
- Perform infection control audits to maintain health standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints regarding cleanliness.
Direct supervision of a small team, typically consisting of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Conditions and Physical RequirementsAttention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
