The Housekeeping Operations Manager at Pinedale Inn plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee the housekeeping department effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
This role is set in a facility with less than 50 beds, providing a unique opportunity to manage a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department.
- Coordinate inspections of designated areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Oversee in-house laundry services to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel effectively.
- Perform infection control audits to uphold health standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
