About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of events and programs for our key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement event plans, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of event staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure successful event execution.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and reports on event progress and results.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactively identify and resolve issues, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: College or university degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft products, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
