Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage professional scheduling for senior executives, including agendas, mail, and company logistics.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and activities for senior executives.
  • Provide administrative and office support, including recruitment coordination, human resources, and file management.
  • Assist in coordinating and preparing for client/partner presentations.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Requirements
  • Business operations skills and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate or finance industry is an asset.
