We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage professional scheduling for senior executives, including agendas, mail, and other company logistics as required
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as recruitment coordination, human resources & recruitment, oversight of the firm's public relations, and file management
  • Help coordinate and prepare for client/partner presentations
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

**Requirements**

  • Analytical Skills
  • Experience in real estate or finance industry is a plus
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high standard of work

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Driver's licence and access to the vehicle is required
