  • Operational Planning and Coordination

Develop and implement operational plans to support business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Team Support and Development

Provide guidance and support to sector employees, helping them to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

Regularly monitor activities and pending operations to ensure deadlines are met, and make adjustments as necessary to improve productivity and service quality.

Human Resources and Compliance

Participate in HR activities, including performance evaluations, promotions, employee selection, and disciplinary measures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Business Development and Sales Support

Help optimize operations and increase sales by identifying needs, providing training, coaching sales staff, and conducting follow-ups as needed.

Complaint Resolution and Quality Assurance

Help resolve any complaints or dissatisfaction reported to you, ensuring that high-quality service is provided to our members and clients.

Reporting and Analysis

Produce and analyze reports on sector operations, including key borrowers, irregular loans, and other relevant metrics.

Project Participation and Development

Participate in various projects related to sector operations, particularly in terms of developing and standardizing work tools, practices, and procedures to increase efficiency.

Compliance and Security

Ensure compliance with all applicable deadlines and standards for quality in all tasks, and respect all policies, practices, and standards in effect for conducting transactions and operations securely.

Requirements
  • Education

College diploma in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or operations management.

Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with language-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.

Technical Skills

Ability to compile financial statements, knowledge of loan and guarantee contracts, knowledge of products and services for businesses, and ability to enter financial data in systems.

Personal Qualities

Action-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
