Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing requirements to advising managers on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure business needs are met
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
    • Screen and evaluate applicants to determine their suitability for the role
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • HR Administration
    • Review and maintain accurate records of candidate inventories and selection processes
    • Notify applicants of results of selection processes and prepare job offers
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
