About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Rayacom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, planning and controlling budgets, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our organization
  • Plan and control budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Manage contracts to ensure compliance and minimize risk
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
