We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Interglobal Immigration Inc.
Job Summary:The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and reviewing candidate inventories. The successful candidate will also be responsible for contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruiting graduates of colleges and universities, and notifying applicants of the results of the selection process.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
- Collect and screen applicants, and review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for the role
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their suitability for the position
- Recruit graduates of colleges and universities to fill vacant positions
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
The Human Resources Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
