Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Rayacom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, planning and controlling budgets, managing contracts, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our organization
  • Plan and control budgets to ensure effective resource allocation

Work Environment

As a Human Resources Officer at Rayacom, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess the ability to work independently.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
