  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in human resources policy development and implementation.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that employees are informed and engaged with human resources policies and programs.
  • Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees on human resources-related matters, including responding to questions and complaints.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a human resources policy development role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
