Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Policy Officer to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design, develop, and implement human resources policies and procedures that support our company's goals and objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Work closely with managers and employees to ensure effective implementation of human resources policies and programs.
  • Policy Evaluation: Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of human resources policies and programs to ensure they are meeting their intended objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in human resources policy development and implementation.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that human resources policies and programs are effectively communicated to all employees.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in human resources policy development and implementation.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
