Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Interglobal Immigration Inc. as a key member of our recruitment and staffing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Employee Engagement
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information
    • Process and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
