Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Policy Officer to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures that support the company's human resources objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Employee Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform human resources decisions.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and promote human resources initiatives.
  • Senior Management Advice: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on human resources matters.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
