Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, managing administrative procedures, and supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administrative Support: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work hours are 35 hours per week.
