Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrative Assistant to join our London, Ontario head office. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and coordination of projects for our CFO and various departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior management and department staff
- Distribute weekly and monthly cheque runs, process daily bank deposits, and maintain filing systems
- Prepare various correspondence, photocopy, fax, and scan documents
- Collect and input data, submit reports, and track office supplies
- Assist with monthly duties and provide project support as needed
- Postsecondary education in administration, business, or a related field
- Three years of experience in an administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Superior telephone manners and proficiency in grammar, spelling, and proofreading
