Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at the London Community Small Business Centre Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff member
- Respond to electronic enquiries and provide information to clients
- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Assist with coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows, database software, and MS Office
