About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers Warmly: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Listen attentively to customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Present Merchandise: Showcase products in a compelling and engaging way, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Contribute to Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays and presentations that drive customer engagement.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and technical applications to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, staying informed of promotions and flyers to drive sales growth.
  • Adhere to Policies: Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.

  • Experience in Sales: A proven track record in sales, with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent Customer Service: A strong ability to provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
