We are in search of a proactive Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist to enhance our Talent Acquisition Team, focused on fostering the success of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This position will play a critical role in sourcing exceptional talent while also identifying, developing, and spearheading initiatives to elevate our go-to-market attraction and hiring capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in recruitment, coupled with the expertise to design and execute programs that strengthen our talent acquisition strategy for transforming our Go-to-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee comprehensive recruiting processes for senior-level positions within the GTM organization, encompassing Sales and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their talent requirements and formulate customized sourcing strategies.
  • Employ advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage top-tier candidates, ensuring a high-caliber talent pipeline.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, guaranteeing a smooth and positive journey.
  • Provide insights and training to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates.
  • Work in conjunction with the broader Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners, and compensation teams to ensure alignment on recruiting strategies, hiring objectives, diversity initiatives, and compensation philosophy.
Program Management (25%):
  • Candidate Delivery Optimization: Develop and enhance programs that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of candidate delivery to the sales team.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead efforts aimed at refining the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership to ensure recruiting strategies and processes align with the specific needs of the GTM team.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in talent strategy, introducing innovative ideas to enrich the GTM team's overall talent experience.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting for GTM roles within a high-growth SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for Customer Success, Sales, and senior-level roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing innovative programs and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong grasp of the GTM landscape and specific talent requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
