We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Lead the recruitment process for multiple roles, including technical positions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to source and engage with potential candidates
- Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes
- Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure the success of our recruitment efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees
