Toronto, Ontario, Canada Lillio (formerly HiMama) Full time

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our People Operations team at Lillio. This role is essential in supporting the growth and development of all departments within our organization.

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will embody our core values and enhance our robust talent foundation by attracting exceptional and qualified individuals to Lillio.

We prioritize the employee experience and aim to empower our leaders by redistributing management responsibilities to those who work most closely with their teams.

This position is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment, contributing significantly to the future direction of Lillio.

We are looking for a leader who can articulate a comprehensive vision while enabling the team to navigate the execution process effectively.

Your focus will be on supporting the Senior Leadership Team and integrating the People strategy, demonstrating agility in decision-making, and delegating responsibilities while granting autonomy to team members.

We value curiosity, emotional intelligence, business insight, and a strong intrinsic motivation to drive improvement.

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy building processes, are confident in your methodologies, and pay meticulous attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all facets of recruitment and managing your hiring pipelines from start to finish for all positions at Lillio.
  • Researching and sourcing a diverse pool of top talent that aligns with our hiring objectives.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to establish and refine our comprehensive recruiting and interview processes.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with internal leadership team members.
  • Enhancing our employee value proposition to ensure we are recognized as a premier employer within the SaaS sector.
  • Working closely with our VP of People to evolve our hiring and onboarding processes, while upholding our core values and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of comprehensive internal recruiting experience (experience in a growth-stage technology company is a plus).
  • Experience hiring in both the Canadian and U.S. job markets.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for product and engineering roles, particularly software engineers at various levels.
  • Proficient in Lever ATS and skilled in utilizing visual insights for reporting.
  • Experience in establishing best-in-class Talent Acquisition processes from the ground up.
  • Experience training both new and seasoned Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with Lever ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, Slack, and HiBob.

We offer flexible working arrangements as a remote-first company, with virtual gatherings every quarter and an annual in-person meeting.

Our health benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Additional benefits include:

  • Opportunities for learning, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Ongoing virtual social activities and success celebrations across the team and company.

Commitment to Diversity:

Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are integral to Lillio's core values. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive workplace for all employees through education, discussion, and celebration of our differences.

Our focus on inclusion and belonging is woven into the daily culture at Lillio through our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBS) committee, bi-weekly DIBS discussions, DIBS Slack community, D&I training and education, volunteer days, donation matching, and more.

We welcome all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics.
