Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Travellers Restaurant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and manage office equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
