Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Skills: MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent client focus and reliability.
