Key Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of departmental objectives within established budgets by ensuring timely project completion through efficient methods.
  • Act as the organization’s representative, maintaining a professional demeanor as the primary contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Provide various administrative support functions, including prompt assistance to supervisors and departments, which may involve data entry, payroll preparation, report generation, and spreadsheet management.
  • Draft general correspondence accurately and promptly, including letters, memos, meeting minutes, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Leverage technology to enhance productivity and generate precise reports as required.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, organizing mail, and managing courier packages.
  • Share expertise with colleagues to foster a well-trained workforce.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Technical Qualifications

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a field related to accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate strong organizational capabilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and judgment combined with effective communication skills.

  • Capacity to operate in a dynamic environment while managing various tasks.
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.

  • Willingness to work extended or flexible hours as project demands dictate.
