Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Act as the Owner's representative by executing project management responsibilities. Oversee construction administration tasks, including schedule development, assessment, and monitoring. Serve as the primary liaison for contractors and consultants within the design-build team. Participate in site meetings, manage progress payments, document meeting minutes, maintain comprehensive records, and provide updates on project progress.

Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that necessary testing is conducted at the required intervals and that outcomes align with contractual obligations. Manage construction documentation and guarantee distribution to internal review teams for necessary evaluations and approvals. Verify that construction adheres to the specified drawings and contractual specifications.

General Coordination and Monitoring:

Travel to the project site as needed for on-site meetings. Act as the primary contact for the Owner and the Owner's engineer, ensuring ongoing communication with relevant parties to facilitate project completion.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in interpreting contract drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities utilizing established project management techniques. Willingness to travel in various weather conditions and outside standard business hours as necessary. Regular travel to the project site is expected.

Relevant Experience

Proven experience in managing construction projects. Familiarity with industry-standard contracts and specifications. Understanding of Health and Safety, quality, and Environmental standards. Preference will be given to candidates holding Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
