Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Act as the representative for the Owner, managing project activities and ensuring alignment with objectives. Oversee construction administration tasks, including the development, evaluation, and monitoring of schedules. Serve as the primary liaison for contractors and consultants within the design-build team. Participate in project meetings, facilitate the processing of progress payments, document meeting minutes, maintain comprehensive records, and provide updates on project progress.

Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all necessary testing is conducted at specified intervals and that outcomes adhere to contractual obligations. Manage construction documentation and guarantee its distribution to internal review teams for necessary evaluations and approvals. Verify that construction activities comply with the approved drawings and specifications.

General Coordination and Site Observation:

Travel to project sites as needed for on-site discussions and evaluations. Act as the primary contact for the Owner and the Owner's engineering team, ensuring ongoing communication with all relevant parties to facilitate project completion.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in interpreting contract drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities utilizing standard project management techniques. Willingness to travel under various weather conditions and outside of standard business hours as necessary. Regular travel to project sites is expected.

Required Experience

Proven experience in managing construction projects. Familiarity with industry-standard contracts and specifications. Understanding of Health and Safety, quality, and Environmental standards. Preference will be given to candidates holding Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
